Thanks for your rapid  response. I'm using MX premium. I looked at the Catooh site and all I saw was sounds available for license purchasing. If I use the sounds that come with MX Premium can I sell my CDs?

I am user like you I am not from Magix support, I share what I know. If you can find the sounds that came with MX Premium are Royalty Free with Audio Pro Unlimited License?

I know one user he bought boxed version of MX18 installed the software then from Catooh he downloaded FOR FREE. You can read his message here

You did not say which version of Music Maker do you use.

No Royalty to pay.

If you are using Magix Music maker version, 10,12,14,15,16 in that case you can use Soundpool available in the Music maker or from the Soundpool DVDs version,9,10,11,12,14,15 and 16. You can compose music and sell.

But if you use any newer version of Music Maker such as, 17, 18 or MX Premium etc in that case you have to buy extra license from Catooh. Compose your music  and you can sell.
