Can I return a downloaded Software?

Hello,

a couple days ago I purchased and downloaded the Xara premium Website software, not only did I just recieve medical bills and I need the money back, but it also does not offer what I was looking for in a website software.

 

I know there is a 30 day return policy but how do I go about doing that with downloaded software?  Can I uninstall and send in some kind of confirmation or something?

 

Please let me know, this is urgent!

Hi,

i think it is better when you contact magix. We are here in a community.

But when you have activate the software there isn't any possible to return.

Ok when it don't run.
