can`t re install
I had to remove magix when cleaning pc.product movie edit pro 17plushd. onreloading says can`t dowload be cause movie17 plus is installed EUR(USA) version 10.0.0.0,I can`t remove this as I can`t find it any where on my computer. op =XP

My guess would be that there is an entry in the Registry that your previous uninstall failed to remove!
In such cases the usual advice is to download and install Revo Uninstaller. It is available either as a Free version or a Pro (paid for but with 30 days trial); the Pro version is, IMO, more suitable for this task.
Run the program in "Forced Uninstall" mode and set it to find anything to do with MAGIX (the Pro version does create a System Restore point and a full Registry Back Up before it begins so you can always take things back to exactly how they were before you started if you find further problems after Revo has done its work). Assuming a successful "clean", then attempt reinstall of MEP.
