What do I have to do to open and play the video on this listing?

I have installed the newest Flash player and have most current codecs for Windows Media palyer.

Nothing happens when I click on open video !

Я по VISA 12.06.10 19:46 оплатил codec MPEG-4. Но не получил кода активации.
