As BEHAPPY said, yes it's my voice but the song belongs to dcmoses. I created a profile so I could comment on and share his music from this site. :) He wrote the music and sent me the track saying he hadn't written the words yet so I came up with a melody and wrote some lyrics. The great thing about music is it means different things to different people but as an aside, the lyrics were written for my late husband. Growing up, he and his best friend were inseperable and would dream about what they were going to be when they grew up. They wanted to go to college together someday. Then his friend started hearing voices, believing crazy things, and isolating himself. He was diagnosed with schizophrenia and he never got to do all the things he had planned for his life. This was a source of pain and deep sadness for my late husband all his life and I wrote the words to honor his friendship and what they both lost. There are actually 2 versions of this track - the track with my lyrics and a track with dcmoses lyrics as it was meant to be. Thanks for taking the time to comment on this song!! :D
