Contacting Magix

My question does not refer to any MAGIX product

have you guys been able to get in contact with magix? the technician stopped responding and you cant seem to reach them at any number. i paid for my producer edition and i should be able to redownload it whenever i need to but nothing works. these guys just aren't professional.

i know. it sucks. luckily, i was able to fix my problem since i posted this question. i contacted support@magix.net and they actually responded and helped. give it a try.
