Creating Pitch Bend in Vita MIDI Editor

Here is a basic tutorial about how to create pitch bend in the Vita MIDI Editor.  This tutorial is a specific reference to the Vita instruments and Revolta 2 voices in that they can only be bent +/- one whole note/tone.  Other third-party VSTi plug-ins may be capable of bends up to an octave depending on their programming.
