Yes, like ralftaro just said, you can use USB data cable to transfer files from your PC to phone. As far as i remember Motorolla RAZR should have mini CD with USB connection drivers and utilities. Othervise try downloading drivers from: www.hellomoto.com

or just google them..

Other important step is WAP/GPRS downloads. You have to setup your phone to use internet services.
First of all check with your mobile provider, otherwise try this location:
