how to remove dashes when entering registration code

My question does not refer to any MAGIX product

I'm trying to enter my registration code without the dashes. I thought I could copy it from the email then just remove the dashes. Now I can't remove the dashes to register. When I try to register at the website it tells me i already have a code and won't allow me a new registration form. I only have 5 days left to register.
