I completed my first Photo DVD Slideshow, and I noticed that the photos in the end product were not as sharp as the originals. How can I fix this?

If you have a HD camera and then burn those photos to DVD, you lose quality. Clarity in details are lost because most cameras capture at a higher resolution then the full screen DVD standard.

If you have a HD camera and then burn those photos to Blu-ray, you maintain quality.

The difference is the resolution standard for the media type. DVD is the modern age VHS tape, the quality is lower because the resolution is not as high as today’s cameras.
