I have web designer pro 6, and certain videos that i try to put on my page will load..but only the audio plays...but the screen is white...does anybody have a solution??

What format are the videos - are the ones that play correctly different from the one s that don't'

I always make sure I use mpg or flv (flash video files) to ensure that the widest number of people can view them.
