i inadvertently used another email address than the one my product was purchased with how do i switch to the desired email address

when i purchased the mp3 deluxe and installed it under one email when i had to put in my product code another email address appeared. the one i registered my music maker under.

i clicked ok because there was a green arrow next to the email address.

however this email address is not the one i purchased the product under.

does anyone know how to get the correct email address so my product is correctly registered and can be used.
