Installing newest version of Magix Move Edit Pro MX (18)

Your question refers to… Movie Edit Pro

After several years of using Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus 14, I have purchased the latest version (18). I want to install it, but I'm wondering if I should completely uninstall my current software first? Has anyone had an upgrade issues when NOT uninstalling first? I am using Windows 7 operating system.

I still have version 18 installed alongside MX. There are no issues.
