Hi

What is your computer specification, Windows version and is it 32 or 64 bit?

Does the FRAPS video play smoothly in a media player eg WMP or VLC?

Hi,

Can you upload a small sample file exhibiting the problem so that we can try it. I successfully use FRAPS captures at 25 fps from Gogle Earth tours in MEP 2014 Premium on this XP PC.
