LEGAL QUESTION SELLING CDS

I HAVE MAGIX MUSIK MAKER 17 PREMIUM, I JUST MADE A CD WITH MY VOICE RECORDED WITH THE MUSIC I MADE FROM IT. I WANT TO SEND IT TO RADIO STATIONS AND MAYBE GET A RECORD CONTRACT. ALSO SELL THE CDS ONLINE. CAN I LEGALLY DO THAT?

If you've used any of the files from the included soundpool, the answer would be NO.  To do so, you would have to purchase the Audio Pro Unlimited license for the material used.
