A street where i grew up as a kid.
Takes me right back to the Beatles. It has that feel for me, and is just as moving as some of my favourites of that era. Superb stuff, Don. Love the spoken asides (Also has hints of early Genesis for that reason - Selling England By the Pound for example). They really add atmosphere and character.

p.s: so ab 3:25 klingt es ein bisschen, als würde man luft aus einem reifen lassen...da kippt ein wenig die dynamik, aber das kann durchaus an meinen ohren liegen....

Das mit den Beatles wird jetzt jeder schreiben,
aber wenn´s halt stimmt .
Das Klavier gefiel mir am Anfang gut, wird mir in Laufe des Songs allerdings zuviel.
