Please explain in more simple terms how to add a separate Title page at the beginning of the movie without it being on top of my first picture. I have viewed the tutorial, but still cannot figure it out. Please provide detailed instructions.

one way is to select all (Ctrl + a) the move the project to th right. Now there is space to dracg in a title or whatever. That's the way I do it and it works everytime.

Select All <ctrl + A> and move it to the right!

I select all<cntrl/A> in the movie then drag files to the right. Now at the begining of your time line is blank/no objects there. Now click the Title tab and drag a selected title in to the arranger.

If you want to, you could drag and drop a jpg at the front of your movie and the title will play on that. Otherwise your title will have a black backgroud.
