  @MCK Hi, yes is the short answer. Have a look at Chroma Key where you can select colours on the preview window, you can also add a black & white mask (black & white picture) to the timeline then add Chroma key - Activate black/white mask.

  @Christian-Schwaderer Hi, yes, Add an effect to your video clip, click on the 3 dots top right of the effects control window - Load Effects mask, this will add a B/W mask from a pre made selection or you can create one of your own in a photo
