slow loading ...please help !!

I made a site with website maker and published it .

I have a url forwarding for my domain name.

What can I do to improve the slow loading ???? it is extremely slow if it is opened for the first time, once cached it's ok .

is my first page a problem?

Is url forwarding faster in frame or direct ?? it is now set to direct

I contacted thedomein server and had url forwarding checked. No problem there .

There is a problem with the hosting ...I'd like to have it solved please !?

What's the best way to get fast help ?
