Where is the pause button?

Your question refers to… Movie Edit Pro

This may be a dumb question, but I just got Movie Edit Pro MX Plus and I haven't found the pause button. If I hit the play button everything is fine, but if I click it again it goes to the beginning and that wasn't the case with some earlier version of this program I had.

Hi

Open the program settings dialog (File, Settings Program or Y key).

On the playback tab check the option 'Spacebar playback stops at current position' 

You should now find the timeline marker stops where you press the spacebar or the transport controls.
