If you're talking about a specific bagpipe soundpool style collection for MAGIX products, the answer is NO.

As you can imagine, there's not a lot of call for that sort of thing. But, depending on how you intend to use them, there are other options.

A simple Google search will bring up a number of resources,  Some are free and others will actually sell you a license to use them legally.  If you intend to use any "free" sounds for commercial purposes or public presentations, you are obligated to ask the copyright holder for permission to use them.

Another option is to find a local bagpiper and record him/her.

Another option is to a VSTi plug-in synth to try to emulate the bagpipes yourself.  If you know anything about sound synthesis, this shouldn't be extremely difficult.  Of course, reproducing the characteristic sounds created when changing notes may be a little out of the realm of possibility.

You will need to research and understand what makes up the bagpipes sounds.  There are usually two or three dissonant "drone" pipes and one melodic "cantor".

  Thanks
