Cannot Burn to cd-r
errror ASC/ASCQ OC/00
suggests problems with recording speed NO x8 - lowest speed
damaged CD - NO have tried three new ones
? driver trouble ? DON'T KNOW
trouble with oversided CD-R NO

what can be causing this trouble and it says go to troubleshooter but where the heck is it ??
