cannot get program updates/patches
i have 3 magix programs audio cleaning lab 11,photostory on cd/dvd and movie edit pro 14 i cannot get program updates/patches for any these programs it just keeps telling me it cannot connect to server.i am running these on vista home premium. i have tried manually and through magix site with cookies off/allow through firewall etc,when i get to page i want it just says cannot connect to site. i have also reinstalled/uninstalled programs numerous times with no joy. the reason i want to try patches is i continually get program not responding half way through a project which is extremely frustrating....anyhelp much appreciated

i have already tried that, as i said every time i get on to download page i pick my program patch, then select to download it, the following page then either says cannot connect to server or internet explorer cannot display this page. this is the only website i have had bother with as i frequently download.

Hi,
Usually this kind of problem occurred to me by two program in past, one Internet secutiry software and other one was a downloader.
Did you try Magix support and ask about your problem if not please try.

Hi,
If it is not working then go to www.magix.com then log in then click on Product support you will have to re enter id and password then on your left side you will see Start under that choose Download here you will find some patches. Remember as you go to magix.com choose your language otherwise you may see words like this

Anyway when you could not find any satisfactory item to download then you can also send an email from the same magix.com product support site, and you could tell them your problem in details.
