cannot get the extended use of the video easy se to register for exteded free use. I used the confirmation # I received in the email and it says the extension failed. Have tried multiple times still no luck. the program came with the logtech webcam.

Have tried multiple times still no luck. the program came with the logtech webcam. It says with a 1 time registration program cvan be unlocked for use at unlimited time.
