For me an entertaining song with well-thought-out lyrics! Well, the Synth in the background could be for me a little more audible, but this may be a taste thing!

....stepping forward to the college....is this not the final sign of the growing-up and the part of which the parents have such a fear in the movies always? 
Nice song, it could rock totally, but it does not. I´ve got the same impression as ArtistW. The song sounds somehow empty, drums are mastered too loud (especially the Snare drum is fucking loud, Hi Hat is hardly to hear), all other instruments are kicked off into the backround, especially the pads. It´s a matter of unfavourable Mix.
