Do I return MEP15Plus to buy ver 16 or do I get a free ver 16
A few weeks ago I purchased MEP15Plus and now version 16 comes out. Am I eligible for a free upgrade or do I just return version 15, get my money back and then purchase version 16?
Reputable companies will allow you to upgrade to their new version if the previous version was purchased within 2 or 3 months. It looks as if SECURITYMAN asked the same question of MAGIX but he said he didn't get any answer. If so, that reflects poorly upon Magix's support and concern for their customers. Companies that continue with poor attitudes soon learn the folly of their ways.

If you used MEP15 on your computer you can no longer return it. Contact Magix Marketing and ask for a rebate offer (approx. 50% off).
I have asked Magix why they don't offer upgrades for their existing users.....no answer....
I have gone from MEP 14, 15, and now 16 as well as Music Maker 15 to 16 and am a bit tired of paying full retail to upgrade a few features
