All original, composed with synth and beatbox. This is some unusual music with many changes and weird stuff.

Thinking of the title took me almost as long as composing the music, haha! cheeky Some parts of the song were inspired by a prog band called "Glass Hammer" so that made me think about shards of glass. "Esoteric" basically means only understood by a certain group of people. I thought that a few of the complicated sections of the song might be difficult to understand.

Anyway, thanks for listening! The picture is from google.

p.s. I have no idea what category this should be.

Hey, Prog-Rock without "real" guitars and drums. It sounds as if you had a lot of fun while making it. But I think, that there's much work in it. Nice Song!

"Esoteric Shards"...cool title. I think I would put it in the same category as Glass Hammer,Prog Rock. I mean, with a title like"Esoteric Shards"I kinda thought it was going to be Prog Rock before I even pushed play. Do you find that Magix is missing some vital sub-genres of electronic music?

Quite confusing .... but as usual you have your special music, and it is good, again knowing that you stick to that.

I like it very much!

It is well composed - has strength and power and harmony as well...

It has a straight line of melody which gives it a certain feeling

of moving forward...

3:30 about is a sort of break in tempo.

I think the crash is sometimes a little too much -  but only sometimes.

Your melody is rich and full of variations ...

and I like the change of loudness here as well!

But as Rana said, nothing not to understand.... sorry....

So I like it as I get it....

Hi Travis,

The Irish influence is pretty dominant in the melody lines along with a strong flavour of rock in the rhythm and beats... conceptually the music may serve to represent a number of situations. I tried to find the weird stuff but was unable to :)

Regards.
