Eureka I'm here
Well after a frustrating 15 minutes I'm in with a different email address and password to the one Magix had stored for me and which they sent a reminder after I pretended I'd forgotten but still did'nt work ! ! ! Confused as to why anyone in their right mind would set up a web portal where you have different logins for different areas of the same site. Most people would give up, maybe its a Dawinian test where only the fittest get in.
Perhaps one of life's great unknowns?? One would certainly be simpler though.
I would have thought if you have a secure login, you have a secure login. Seems to work for virtually every other site you visit on the net!!! Sorry keep losing track of my cursor where ............. is it now?
There are separate logins for Magix.info and when you login on the main site for support etc.
Info is safe bu would you want the same login for a forum and a website where you can
spend money? Just a thought.
