Exporting in magix movie edit pro 2014 premium

i have as mentioned above magix movie edit pro 2014 premium, i have spent hours on building a video and when i go to export i have selected desired video format, it then says its exporting, when its finished i go to the destination folder and open it, only to find it hasn't exported all the video, all the audio is there but its missing most of the video, i have made sure that video and audio are selected in the export setting, i have also tried exporting as different file formats i have tried .avi .wmv,mpeg-4 and there all the same, i really dont know whats going on tried contacting tech help but they want £10 which is a rip off!! please help me sort this out i am racking my brains, i have windows 8 and i would like to say aswell that i have done this before with a different video and it was fine, i also cannot share to youtube and the program freezes everytime i try.

In the other post you say that you have the trial version, but here you do not say that. Are you using the trial version or the registered version?

If you have the trial version, there are limitations. If you have the registered version, then Magix will give you free support by email.

Before we go further, please confirm what you have.

The trial version should only export (IIRC) the first 3 minutes of the movie.

I think you problem may be related to a missing video codec - are the source files of a different format?

When you purchase the full version this is unlocked, as are many other video/audio codecs.
