What is the tech support phone number? The posted one asks for a Block Number. What Is That.

I want to talk to someone, about Spectral cleaning. A Video would be nice.

I can not log in and when I request the forgot password, I get no reply.

When I call the other number, all I get in a message, "the everyone is busy". I Think NOT.

Are you still in business.

This is a new email address.

I am glad to have the Open Workshop document - it has helped with several things.

I'm an experienced computer user but I can't get to grips with some aspects of the program.  I can do the Importing, the Cleaning, the Exporting, no problem.
I think there is a layer of explanation missing. for example "track markers can be accessed, moved or deleted." Little further explanation or demonstration offered. These items don't work in any logical way I can understand.  I can eventually split long files into smaller units and export them out separately (which is my preference) but it takes three times longer than it should.
It would be wonderful if Magix could produce a help document with examples, for the users who are doing it for the first time.
