Help with transferring ringtones to my Verizon, Motorola W755

I am soooo tired of not getting any answers. I bought this software thinking that I could download some cool ringtones to my phone. Not happening. I need major help, PLEASE! Also, my phone isn't listed in the list of mobile phones. How can I update my list to include my phone?

i could download the ringtones to my mobile phone is motorola rezor v3
