How do I publish website to the internet after doing everything in the step by step in the book?

Created Website

Publish website

Added FTP info

Exported website to a local folder on computer

But I can't figure out how to get my website onto my domain that I have bought and launch it onto the World Wide Web for everyone to see. Please help me.
