How do I rotate a video clip into landscape? It was shot in vertically. Camera was turned vertically.

If you select your object you can rotate using 'Movement effects' >> 'Rotate/Mirror' under the 'Effects' tab, but I doubt you would want to have standing people etc seen on their sides.

I'd suggest making a feature of a portrait image (adjusted with 'Size and position') within the usual landscape video frame and put something in the background such a related still made more subtle by darkening of perhaps the 'Sand' effect: [Not sure if image will load -- didn't come put 16:9 :-( ]
