maartinmic69,

What program / version are you using? In VPX, and I think MEP16+, the multicam mode will do an auto sync between several audio sources. Otherwise the short answer will probably be trial end hopefully not too much error.

You say two video tracks -- did they have audio recorded as well. If so you might use them to help sync to the audio tack (is it a separate recording?) you want to use. IF you happy with the lineup, only then delete (or just mute) the unwanted extra audio.

I'd suggest putting everything onto the timelines and begin moving the pieces left or right until you get a reasonable sync to some obvious short sharp action. Traditional filming used a 'clap stick' to provide something to sync the audio and vidio. As you get closer use the zoom function on the track to refine your adjustments. At single frame resolution you may be able to see patterns in the audio wave form to help.

Hope this helps some,

Regards,

Carl
