Is edit pro 16 available in 64 bit

Your question refers to… Movie Edit Pro

I have 8gb of memory but I am told that if the software is 32 bit only 3 gb of memory will be available

The software is only 32 bit, but operating in a 64 bit system it does have a better performance in my opinion.
