  Hallo, probleem maar eigenlijk klacht !! ik ben ervaren Magix gebruiker, heb in verleden meermaals gehad dat programma vastloopt, dacht dit dit door oudere pc kwam te weinig intern geheugen. Heb nu nieuwe pc, met videokaard met 8 gb en 12 gb intern

  Import boosted video from Pixel-phone gives error
  I am not able to import a so-call 'boosted' video from my Pixel-10 phone. I am using Magix-pro 16. It is boosted by Google-Photos to 8K , 30fps, 170175 kbps . It gives error "MXMPEG2 Error 0110: no media decoder found". Please help I am running

  Error message trying to update Acid Music Studio 11
  Each time I try to update Acid 11.0.10 (build 21) an error message pos up. Error: -2147163967 occurred during installationError: Failed to install Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable (x64) What is going on? Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100

  @Eelke-Schokker Hi We need more information: In what way do the mpeg-4 and mpeg-2 codecs fail - are they not selectable, are they aborting the export and popping up an error message - what is the error message?  What is your computer specification
