  @Rickie-McComb  This doesn't sound like gift cards but some kind of prepaid debit cards. And it sounds like the Magix store accepted one but not both cards at the same time. So if I understood you correctly, the problem isn't your prepaid debit

  @Can-Dive I think MMS is not capable of working with 10 bit files in general. It does not have the ability to export with as many colour spaces as is available to VPX and Vegas Pro. It is one of the many dividing abilities that are missing from MMS

  No, I use Visa or/and Mastercard. Tried on this PC, and one at my office I play around with. I use those prepaid mastercards/visa. They seen to do fine on other products elsewhere. But not on Magix.

  @Tony-Fantini I don't think prepaid cards can be used for purchases on magix.com, sorry. You have to be using a standard credit card and your card issuer must support 2-factor authentication, as explained in this post. JeffForum Moderator
