RE: SOUND FORGE Audio Cleaning Lab 5 / 2024
@Peter-Cox7855 It looks like it is discontinued. It was based on Samplitude, which means it was sold to Boris FX. Currently Boris FX doesn't offer it in their products portfolio but you can find all the audio restauration effects in Samplitude as

    RE: Compatible with Windows 11?
@Roger-Goss Why do you need to change your computer? Simply because Microsoft ceases support of Windows 10? I think it will still run fine for years and there you can still use Audio Cleaning Lab 2017. Even if you a get new device for security

RE: Is there an upgrade to Audio & Music Lab Premium?
@jdloudon Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab 4 is the latest version. They just changed the name from Audio and Music Lab. I think you should be able to get an upgrade to it. By now, it's also pretty old, it's from 2021 and development has stopped and

    RE: Upgrade Pro X8
@JakeHa Yes, you'll get the full version for a reduced price. But be aware that Pro X8 doesn't include the features of the Suite version, so for example no Independence Premium Library and no Restauration Suite. And certain plugins aren't available

RE: Feedback on SOUND FORGE Pro 16
What I'm (still) really missing in Sound Forge is the possibility create shortcuts for (VST) Plugins. I'm doing a lot of audio restauration work in SF and often I need to open a plugin to process very short pieces of audio, continue to the next

    RE: saving mp3 file
I did re-install but without success. Now i can quickly save each track of a lp as wav. Later transfer it to mp3. That's only a few minutes extra. A complete lp is recorded and with restauration saved in one hour.

Hi rraud   Thank you for your participation in this quest. I did what you suggested: saving it as a wav-file at 48.000 Hz; 32 Bit (IEEE Float); Stereo; Float. In seconds the file is saved. So in this way i can use the very Sound Forge good tool of

RE: Sound Forge Pro 11 Magix Build - Release Notes?
Only thing different is branding. Upgrading to 12 (which is on Humble Bundle for $25 at the moment) is highly recommended for VST3 Support, as well as better support for some Audio CODECs. For example, SFP 12 can Import and Export more Audio/Video
