  @browj2 Hi, no you're right you can't paste the 'Copy snapshot to clipboard' to the timeline, prob why next to that clipboard button there's 'Copy snapshot to file' & that can easily be dragged onto the timeline from Project Media Pane.as

  @Bill-the-repair-guy Hi, Assuming that you downloaded and installed the Extra Content, Backgrounds are under Templates tab, Image Objects, Backgrounds. You can always find other backgrounds on the internet or make your own. There are other ways.
