All original, composed with synth. All vocals by me.
The music is inspired by many different power metal bands, such as Dark Moor, Aquaria, Rhapsody, Visions of Atlantis, Freedom Call, Fairyland, Power Quest, Dragonforce, Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica, and many more. It is very energetic music, which gave me the idea of what the song should be about.
The lyrics (and title) are based on the warning label of Monster energy drink. For some reason, it seemed funny to me that it says "Limit 3 cans per day". So I decided that these lyrics should be about moderation.
Yes, I know the vocals are probably too quiet, but that is just the way I prefer them. Sorry.

Hi, very interessting song, lyrics are good idea, could it be the song was pushed by any energy drink? Sounds like, ...hear a lot of speed, nothing to chill...
Your voice can need a little much more loudness, also the rest of the sound is good.
