Magix Music Maker 15 Premium Trial - No content??

Your question refers to… Music Maker

Just downloaded Magix Music Maker 15 Premium Trial.

On opening there is no obvious content - Demo video is missing, demo song is missing, zero soundpools etc.

Am I missing something or do I need to do something to dowload the content?

Thanks for any help,

Steve

Thanks all - Great answers.

Yes, I found under the demo content under:

Help -> Update program / update function -> Download free synthesizer and packets

and then clicked on the + symbol that appeared on a web page.

As stated below, this only gives you two demo tracks / soundpools but is enough to give it a try.

Thanks so much for your quick replies and information. This solves it for me, but not sure if it helps you James?

I also am puzzled as to why you cn download MMPrem 15 without any demo files to trial with ???? (which you have to download anyway)

I was quite excited to get this installed to then find I had to spen 30 minutes finding what to do next ??? Crazy. It isn't obvious or even mentioned as far as I could see on the Magix site  - So I had to register here to find out... not a good start !

But the Prog looks good, just need to trial it before I part with my hard-earned money !!

  Thanks

I just bought the e-version of the MM15 premium, it has no new features or content from the previous version.  If I find out what to do I'll let you know. Waiting now for a e-mail response, to find out why they offer a upgrade at cost without any new features or new sounds etc.... .
I'm hoping its just simply a glitch, that they can easily fix

Yep, what he said - All the audio etc. is not included in the little installer. It's just not possible. If you buy and activate the program or if you get the Music Maker disc version, you get a whole bunch of extra content (in separate downloads for the download version).

That said, even in the trial version, you should have an extra download option in the "Help" menu for something like two soundpools, so you have some material to play around with. Of course, any standard sample material in non-proprietary, supported file formats will work with Music Maker, not just the soundpools provided by Magix.

  Thanks

Hopefully someone will come and give you a better answer, as i am new, but i can give you a quick one:

MM15 download-version is about 130MB, it's just the program and NECESSARY files.
You can download the content files from the webiste, somewhere...

  Thanks
