About me

I understand how difficult it is to keep up with all the media here, and at the same time acknowledge comments and votes. Therefore, for the sake of convenience, I extend this standing "Thank You", as I appreciate all comments/votes - good or bad. Likewise, I do not expect acknowledgment each time I comment/vote.

I play a little guitar, but I do not consider myself a musician. I know what I like to hear, and sometimes I just can't find what I'm in the mood for, so I appreciate the ability to make it myself.

Most of my photos are taken with a simple 5MP Sony Cybershot, although I occasionally borrow my husband's Nikon D70 or D200. I do appreciate being able to take decent photos, but by no means do I consider myself a photographer...I don't know that I'll ever obtain the skills and knowledge it would require. I simply like to put a bit of thought into my photos, rather than taking random snapshots. If anyone appreciates my photos, I'm grateful.

I am a 'dabbler' in many things, few of which I have mastered, but my interest remains regardless of my lack of skills. At the very least, I have many creative ways to keep myself amused.
