Without any musical training or the ability to sing / hold a tune, I do the best I can with limited resources and skill.

I write songs on a low tech old £100 Yamaha keyboard from Argos then record it into the base packages of Maker 11 or 15.

Though I can not sing I do so you can get the idea of the song should sound, so it's not a boring instrumental.
The singing is done on a basic PC microphone with an old duster wrapped around it.

Using the sound pools / CD's provided with Magix is easy, so I try to use the keyboard voices and Maker sythns only and distort them as much as possible.
