So what was the correct answer? I have the same message pop up when I use the de-noiser. I can find the file in the correct location, but it's saying that it's a directory error and that. I have re-installed the software like 10 times and I've reintsalled windows.

  Thanks

Sometimes a virus or malware can damage registry entries. Run a scan and error check on your machine and see what happens.

Gary, What are you running for a computer? Graphics card, Sound, Ram? This might help me determine the problem as the errors reflect a system conflict with the program.

  Thanks

Have you reinstalled the program and sound styles module? That might be the only way to fix that problem.

  Thanks
