Movie Edit Pro 16 HD Messes up Imports/Exports

Okay, so I just upgraded from Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus Download Version to v16 (not gonna type out the whole title again). It worked fine before, but now that I've upgraded, the video just kinda plays random frames from a few seconds ago. It does this when I import it, and the final exported video does that, too. I attatched part of "Wierd Al" Yankovic's "White and Nerdy", so you can see what's going wrong.
