My display screen always shows 4:3 ratio, I want to see it as 16:9

I can't find anyway to fix this,

 

I could do it easy on movie edit pro 11.

 

But now I've forgotten how to do it on Pro 14 Plus

 

I know mine is gray and the other is the dark version, that I already know :)

Right-click in the video monitor, point on Resolution presets and then PAL 16:9. Perhaps you will get a "loose" monitor you can move around.
