Need help transfering ringtones to phone

I have a Motorola V3 and cannot get ringtones transferred to my phone it only gives me the selection of via email or WAP can anyone walk me thru this

Some motorola's can only transfer midi type music. Example: My motorla i580 have the same problem. You can go online and buy a software that can convert: mp3, wma, wpv, etc. and convert to midi. Hope this helps.
