No burner found, no ISO

Your question refers to… PhotoStory on CD & DVD

I try to burn a DVD.  The window that usually has the Burner info is empty and a burner can't be found.  I am not given the option to burn an ISO

Magix Photostory on CD and DVD 8 deluxe

  First find the maker of the DVD drive and download an updated driver for it. Then reboot your computer and see if that fixes the problem....you may need to reinstall the program but maybe not.
