I have version 3 When i try to copy video tapes it says video and audio is there so i start to record mode

no picture in video window but it says its recording when i play it back nothing is there.Ive installed the

program 4 or 5 times even downloded a patch still no video or audio is being copying .Ive imported video that works help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! send me afix to my email address swickre@yahoo.com

I have the same problem with version 4.0. Either image or sound or none sometimes.. and the tape keeps running on the VCR !

And the "thing" costs 60 Euro! Ouch!

I have a similar problem with version 2. Verty frustrating. My sound bar does not flicker to show recording although the video does yet nothing, i.e. sound or video, in thye file when transfer is activated. Waste of 2 hours of time!
