Add Text as Meta Data to Images (Photo Manager Deluxe)

Hi there, is it possible to add Text to Images? Like i have an Image with a House in it and i would like a text added like "This house was in Paris". I do NOT mean the function where you can set Text right INTO the Image (which is hardcoded). I mean
